At Total Balance Wellness & Spa, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for every client. All of our services including massage therapy, wellness, Skincare and aesthetic treatments are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual.

Draping Standards

Professional draping is used at all times to ensure client privacy and comfort.
Only the area being treated will be undraped, and the rest of the body will remain covered with a sheet or towel.
If gluteal or inguinal (groin-adjacent) work is deemed necessary by the therapist for therapeutic purposes, verbal or written consent will be obtained before or during the session, based on therapist discretion.

🚫 Zero-Tolerance Policy

Any sexual advances, inappropriate behavior, suggestive comments, or requests to remove draping will result in:

Immediate termination of the session
No refund will be provided
Permanent termination of the client–therapist relationship
